I know we have a few Madden 11 threads already, but each bit of new news seems to be getting its own thread, and this stuff is phins related too, so i figured a new thread is good for it. Feel free to merge if you like... Full Ratings for the phins & jests can be found here: http://espn.go.com/espn/thelife/videogames/blog/_/name/thegamer/id/5336354/dolphins-and-jets Screenshots of all AFC East teams can be found here: http://espn.go.com/espn/thelife/vggallery?id=5337289
The one thing that pisses me off... Greg Camarillo's catching is at 83. 14 less than Marshall, 4 less than Bess, and only 1 more than Hartline. The man with zero drops... 83. Just laughable.
Yeah, its a bit strange... I was surprised to see Hartline rated so low after the nice season he put together as a rookie that nobody really gave much of a chance at the start of the year... or should I say... when he was drafted
I'm afraid to look. I really want to get into next gen. I'd only play madden , but I love the franchise mode of the game. To death. I think what needs to happen is to get division rivals for each team to rate other teams players. SO LONG AS IT IS OBJECTIVE. Which players scare fans of other teams the most? Those are the players that should be rated well. Here's what I'd do for brady. I'd probably keep the stats where they're at.. except they probably don't make him as slow as he is in real life (are they factoring in the ACL/MCL tear and everything? I doubt it), but I'd put him in a tutu, because he's going to be running around from dansby /wake and the boys like a little *****
You must remember that the rankings are done by idiots. EA's player rankings have always been terrible. You think Madden is bad, try plugging in NHL (insert year here), they are ALWAYS bad.
throw eight passes in the playoffs and make sure he didn't turn over the ball with those eight passes.
IMO, it's pretty telling that the person or persons who come up with the ratings isn't publicly known.
