Hmm, a Padre vs. a Dodger... Well, it all depends on the rest of your squad. Do you need pitching or offense more? Peavy I'm sure will rebound either in SD or another team so he's a good bet to continue producing for your lineup.
I would reject it especially after the Manny suspension. After LAD got Manny last year they averaged more then a run per game better then without Manny. Either's stats could take a dive. Maybe revisit the deal later on.
