Well at .49 it would be 24.5 beers (each beer is .02), and that calculation is the booze thats still in him at the time of arrest. Each hr your body burns off a beer (.02). So I would guess that this dude probably drank a 30 pack in 5hrs or so. Thats about as hardcore as u can get.
