Locked up? Tell me how in the hell this guy, at only 28 years old, was able to have his license re-instated...what? 18 times in 10 years? Nah, our criminal system isn't breaking down, not at all. This ahole should go away.....for a very very long time.
I truly believe that we need to hit rock-bottom as a nation before anything gets any better. And in that process, there needs to be a period of lawlessness in which we get a chance to rid the planet of scumbags like this for good. It's the only way; there's too many of them and they aren't dying out naturally, but killing innocents in the meantime.
Well, it speaks volume's to repeatedly turning the blind eye. These people can always be rehabilitaed. Bad news.
