Discussion in 'Miami Dolphins Forum' started by PhinsFanWife, Jun 5, 2010.

  1. Miami Herald, June 3rd --

Jim Mandich said he's doing well in his battle with bile-duct cancer and is speaking to the Dolphins about a five-year contract to continue announcing the games, plus an involvement in the team's other programming on new rights-holder WINZ-AM (940).

The Dolphins also are in discussions with Jimmy Cefalo and Joe Rose for them to retain their positions in the team's broadcast booth.

I won't, however, miss Joe Rose's orgasming any time Miami got a first down.

    Just keep Mandich and Cefalo.

Mad Dog would fit right in there in a part time role.

Glad to hear he is doing well and hopefully will make a 100% recovery.

If the Mad Dog comes back on the 5 to 7 slot, even if it's only once a week, I'll do a two hour commute on that day, even though I only live three miles from my office, just to listen to the Mad Dog.
