The Dolphins are hoping they added a future top pass-catcher in 2015’s top pick DeVante Parker, and while it is extremely early, the signs are that the 22 year-old out of Louisville is already heading in the right direction. Speaking to Tristin Jones of The Finsiders at Fins Weekend on Friday, he believes it will only be a matter of time until Parker, and the rest of the team’s receiving corps and quarterback Ryan Tannehill can get together, get their timing down, and we’ll start to see what he and this talented position group can do this season.
“(As far as) the adjustment period, I think it’s going through camp and just getting timing down,” said Marino. “I’ve been around the minicamps the last couple weeks and those guys look great. DeVante Parker looks outstanding. He attacks the football, he gets up in the air, and you can tell he’s going to be able to make plays for us. All the way around I think it’s going to be an exciting year for us.”
