NFL suspended free agent LB Mario Haggan four games for violating the league's banned substance policy.

Haggan, a special teamer, is still eligible to participate in training camp if he signs on with a team. As the Bills' top backup strong-side linebacker in 2007, Haggan made 20 tackles. He's drawn very little interest in free agency so far.
