Jets receiver Brandon Marshall will see a lot of Dolphins cornerback Byron Maxwell on Sunday, and Marshall isn’t afraid to give Maxwell some bulletin-board material. Marshall said that when he went up against Maxwell last year, Maxwell’s only hope of stopping him was holding him.
“I played against him last year and he just held every single play,” Marshall said, via ESPN. “Every single play he held. That was tough.” In last year’s Jets-Eagles game, Marshall caught seven passes for 101 yards and a touchdown, while Maxwell was called for holding twice. Now Marshall will see Maxwell twice this season, and Marshall said the Eagles were smart to trade Maxwell away.
“They traded for him to stop me, so I’m excited for this matchup,” Marshall said. “A great trade for the Eagles.”
Marshall said that if Maxwell wants to play a physical game, Marshall will be ready. I’ll hold him and I’ll push him around. That’s the game it’s going to be,” Marshall said.

Marshall will barely be on the field with our ball-control offense

I wouldn't want to be Maxwell this weekend with Marshall targeting him like he is. I could see Marshall destroying Maxwell on a run block, belittling Maxwell. Marshall is devastating that way.

My name is Brandon and I wear glasses so I can appear sane when I'm in court for my latest assault charge... Huhhhh!?!

Man I wish Reshad was going to be here to wipe the smile off that flippin face! Whos going to step up and treat Marsha like Revis did when he was on our side?

Ok, all of this smack is coming from a receiver who is expecting passes from Ryan Fitzpatrick...RYAN FITZPATRICK!!!!!!...who will be running for his mother effing life from a defensive line that's going to get more penetration than a porn star!!!!

Maxwell doesn't lack talent, he lacks motivation. With how Maxwell has played recently, I don't see this smack talk going well for Marshall.
Lets go! -
Jets are morons. They could have abused Maxwell all day with BMarsh. Same thing with Forte, who is the Ferrari on that offense. Instead they underutilized both. Lucky for us.
