I usually don't get caught up in these things but I gave this a try.

someone mentioned clearing temp. files lets you vote again.
It does allow the board where you place your vote to come up again but I don't think it tabulates extra votes.

Cleared my temp files and cookies.
Voted again and the vote count was exactly the same as when I had placed my first vote meaning no one, including my extra vote had been counted after my initial vote. Some of you multiple voters sitting there determined to win this thing yourselves may want to consider that it may not be accepting multiple votes. We just need to find more people to vote.

 

there is most likely a storage structure that records the IP addresses of people that have voted. Then, using a binary search, it can quickly eliminate people like us that want to throw the vote.

 

It works, it just doesnt update the vote count on an individual basis. You get updates after a couple hundred or so usually.
