This reminds me.. I remember back in the day I used to watch a show on HBO with Cris Collinsworth, Dan Marino, and Cris Carter. Used to show the locker room after games and sweet inspirational, slow motion replays of game action. I don't have TV anymore and was wondering if this show is still in production and whether it is viewable online?
EDIT: Sorry for the thread jack, I just don't think this is worth its own thread. -
And that's why I laugh at anyone who talks about Sparano being on a hotseat or should be fired etc etc. This team believes in their coach. We haven't had that in a very long time now.

Amazing!!! I got the chills hearing that and the team looks like they are a band of Brothers or should I say Wolves!!!

Sparano bleeds Miami Dolphin....
Say what you will about Wanny, but he had the same love for this team, yet half the competence... Nothing like the shrills of JJ and Saban, who were both in it for themselves..
Sparano needs to get better in certain areas, but overall I love the man and his spirit.. I hope he paces our sidelines for the next decade or more.Moves, RickyNeverInhaled, MarinePhinFan and 3 others like this. -
That was great. kudos to Ronnie for recognizing the special teams. The howl was goose bumps all over.

"This is for you, we got your back"
Karlos Dansby, the 2nd highest paid LB in the league, telling his coach he's got his back.
That's respect right there.
I'm also really glad Ronnie said that about the special teams. Its great for many reasons. Shows Ronnies leadership and that the whole team was focused as a unit to play better than they did against the pats.Bpk, Moves, dolfan7171 and 1 other person like this. -

Really cool to see. Very cool to hear Dansby and the guys saying they got Sparano's back. Also especially cool to see Ronnie Brown giving a shoutout to the special teams unit, and then Dansby getting everyone howlin'
Very cool -

Game ball to Sparano
I watched the post game locker room speech after the Green Bay game on MiamiDolphins.com and noticed Sparano got the game ball. I thought it was interesting that Tony got it and then I found it even more interesting when Dansby said "we got your back coach." I'm wondering if Tony was in hot water or if this was just a team winning one for a coach screaming for a win after 2 loses?
It just seemed interesting. -
Thats what I would hope icx. Still seems weird to me though.
-
It will still nice to see though.
-
With Tony's success over the last 2 years, I would have a hard time believing he would be in hot water. Now before people go crazy, I am not implying that everything is rosy. I am just saying he has been more successful than not.

So its probably nothing is what you guys are saying?
-
Yep.

It's more common than uncommon in the N.F.L. to have a serious disconnect between the coach and the players.
For the players to step up and do what they did in the locker room, is just a way for them to show that this is not the case in Miami, and more of a positive than answering to a negative.djphinfan likes this. -
Sparano seems like a great coach for the Dolphins. He really keeps that team together and disciplined.
