That will be a great fight if it happens and could be the beginning of a great rivalry between to good boxers.
Everyone should have seen this coming, Mayweather was only coming back if there was a big money fight. This would be pretty big for boxing...
Oh please let this happen. Boxing needs this so bad. Pacquiao is legitimately his toughest opponent ever on paper. And Manny is fast enough for it to be an actual competitive fight. Hopefully Manny gets Hatton next, demolishes him, and then it's Mayweather-Pacquiao. Oh, and you've got the Mayweathers (one or both) vs. Freddie Roach. THIS is the Dream Fight.
Yup... though i kinda disagree boxing NEEDs this, need being the operative word. I think Boxing is in a sort of rebirth lately, we have had a lot of really good fights this year and many have been quite high profile. Pacquiao Mayweather would obviously be on a different level. But to be honest the sport is not in the hole it was say two years ago.
i don't think it's going to happen. floyd wants attention and is just riding manny's fame. however, if it does happen, i'll be excited out of my mind.
