Seen this on ESPN and I can't post link anyway. Anyway his Top 5 were..... 1. D. Bryant 2. A. Benn 3. D. Thomas 4. J. Shipley 5. E. Decker I was alittle shocked about 4 & 5 your thoughts
I think Decker is top 5 when he is healthy. Sure he doesn't have that elite speed but he is a great route runner and is very physical. I would guess alot of people would compare him to Ed Mccaffrey. I think he plays alot like Fitzgerald.
we already have 2 Shipleys ... so that one isn't even a possibility .... I'm being a homer -- but i'd take Easley as a project ... but, of course, that doesn't help us this year 1 bit. trade down ... pick up some 2/3/4/5 rd picks and then trade the late 1st to DEN for Marshall. then use the multiple 2/3 rd picks to select OLB, S .... it would cost us Thomas, but maybe that's ok .... Berry i wouldn't sacrifice.
He got the top 3 in the right order imo. I can't really argue much with the list at all, although I do like Briscoe.
No Golden Tate? Sorry, this isnt even newsworthy. His hair spray has finally started to eat away the part of his brain that does the reasoning.
But Decker doesn't have the ability of a Peterson granted Decker is very talented he lacks in the speed department. I don't think he is going to hurt a team on fly pattern. I think he will be a solid number 2 maybe be that guy if he can stay healthy. I really like Decker saw alot of his games. He was their offense.
When did I ever mention Decker having the same ability as Peterson. I simply said we all thought AD was going to be hurt all the time too.
What this shows is how incredibly jumbled the picture looks once you get beyond Dez Bryant, Demaryius Thomas, Arrelious Benn and perhaps Golden Tate. There seems to be no commonality in how people are ranking the players after that. This draft will be rewarding to those that know what they're seeing, and for those that don't...
