I am not concerned if CAM stays as HC, or is gone, just glad our new VP of Operations hired a GM shortly after firing our existing one. If the same happens to HC so be it. Personally, I am just as happy if CAM stays and just as happy if VPO and GM select their own HC.
Bottomline, I want a fully functioning same-page front office, and I want it up and running as fast as possible to focus on the upcoming FA Market and Draft. I personally hope we increase the # of draft picks and build on our last 3 drafts and make this one as successful as possible for the product on the field to return to SUPER BOWL CHAMPIONSHIP caliber as fast as possible.

Continuity isn't necessarily a good thing. If you've got the wrong guy in place, sticking to him will only make things worse. See Wanny. That said, I'm not sure if Cam's the wrong guy. I was ready to cut him some slack for being plagued with injuries and inheriting an untalented roster, but the lack of effort in the last game and some of the recent developments (not communicating well with his assistants, for instance) make me wonder. Either way, I'll be able to live with Parcells and Ireland's decision.

This was the one reason why people have suggested that Cam might be retained.
It will be the first time he is a GM. I'm sure he will want to make absolutely sure that he doesn't pick a bad coach, or one that he won't be able to turn around our franchsie as quickly as possible with.
In other words......... Not Cam. ;)
