Does anybody know why the Dolphins logo hasn't been painted in the endzones yet? Baseball season is way over and as of Sunday, there was only diagonal paralell lines in the endzone...

Hurricanes, maybe (the team not the weather, obviously)? I'm not totally sure.

Its because the Hurricanes play there now and it would be to difficult to put each teams' logo in the endzone for the games on Saturday and Sunday.

Makes sense. Thanx

I actually like the stripes myself, with the logo in the middle of the field.
-
was wondering that myself. but now that the canes will no longer use the field they should paint the logo again!!
-
if the stupid Canes (yeah, I said it) are finally done with their home games then the Dolphins logo should be painted in the end zones again. I hope, I think it looks too plain the way it is.

Temple plays at the Linc and the ShEagles logo is in the endzone when they play....
-
If only one logo can be placed per weekend, why not the Dolphins instead of the Hurricanes? I believe it is called "Dolphin Stadium" for a reason.
-
That should be resolved after the canes complete their season home schedule. That is Thursday, The endzone should be fixed by the Pats game.
-
the numbers havent had the orange outline either. the field looks so beautiful when done right.

Sorry rock, i gotta do it.....SING IT BROTHER

It'll be there for our first round playoff home game. That's for sure. :wink2:

You can thank the U for that.
I hope the new owner gets rid of all the squatters at Dolphins Stadium. -
Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I prefer the traditional stripes. A friend of mine who is a Bills fan was even admiring them during the Seattle game. He even went so far as to add, "A great end zone can really make a team." I think he was half joking, but that's still pretty high praise coming from a Bills fan.

I agree with you Aqua...when the field is fully painted with the logo at midfield and in the end zones, and orange outlines on the numbers...it's simply beautiful.
I can't answer your question though...we'll find out Sunday. I hope it's all painted. -
I'll send you a picture of me:shifty:
I like the painted endzones too, but I kind of like the stripes. It's kind of like old school.MonstBlitz, Rocky Raccoon and anlgp like this. -
I think it was the ref's idea to put those zebra stripes there.
I prefer the DOLPHINS logo be there every single time the Fin's play a home game.I'm a Dolphins' fan and really don't care about the Marlins or the Hurricane's.I want the stadium all to myself.
I do wish they have the logo in the endzone for the game this weekend.opfinistic likes this. -
I think I'm gonna be at that one too.
Hopefully we beat Oakland and make it a packed house!opfinistic likes this. -
I don't care what the endzone looks like all I want is a win!!!!!!!
-
Since we're now the sole resident in the "house" so to speak, I fully expect that we will see the end zones and field completely painted. There's no reason it shouldn't be.
-
its just awful that we have to go to week 11 to finally have our home stadium lookin dolphins like, screw the marlins and canes

Because the Hurricanes signed a contract that called for their to be NO Dolphin logo, and for the stadium to look as much as possible as their stadium when they rent it.
I agree it should have been done by this weekend. No doubt they could have done it in 3 days. -
Kinda funny how this thread keeps going and going........LMAO!
In other words,I don't care if they have the endzone on gravel. If we win,It's ALL good.
That's the end result,correct? -
The endzones and numbers and everything are painted today!
