I don't want to get too excited because it seems like every new coach knows how to say the right things at this stage in the game, but I think Sparano is really going to work out here in Miami. I loved what he had to say about the QB position -

He didn't say we want experience. He didn't say we need to give this guy or that guy a chance to see what we have. He didn't say we're going to put our guy in there. He said whoever puts points on the board gets the job. I like that a lot.
