What's sad is I think we can beat VT seven out of ten times we play them. Last week we just dug ourselves a hole too deep. The fumble and the blocked punt killed us early. Then the dropped passes when we had a chance to make it a game again. I'm very proud of the way we bounced back this week.
Oklahoma's coaching was questionable tonight, IMO. How many draws were called on 3rd and medium/long tonight? They had zero confidence in their quarterback and it showed.
I think lack of discipline and Blacksburg lost us that game. Blacksburg is tough to play in, as you know. I'm thinking probably right at ten.
If the U takes care of business against these teams that by all means they should beat, they will be in the title game. I'm not sure I see how the pollsters could keep them out.
