Its going to be a bleak offseason, followed by what I expect to be the second worst record in team history this coming season. But this was the corner that Grier painted the team into, and its not shocking. We need to take our medicine now, stop kicking the can down the road, and accept it as awful in the short term to slowly build to something better later.JJ_79 likes this.

Well, the worst season was a single win...although we did topple a division rival that needed said win. So at least that year there was something.
The team won 3 games in 1966 and 1969, along with 4 wins in 1967 and 2004. So I guess that's our initial measurement here- five wins means it's not a bottom-5 team in our history, LOL. Then again, we had 5 wins in Flores's first season when we were trying to lose them all (for the QB that's putting us in this mess). So maybe 6 wins should be the goal.
