Hey check this out....this is maybe Cam Wake's shot at Sanchez again. http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/...lphins-defense110709,0,687743.story?track=rss
I don't think Wake needs to worry about opportunities anymore. He'll be on the field in every game from this point on I believe.
a starter we will not miss but three could be a problem I detect a smoke screen with this one bet they all start & rotate in & out during the game I am one of the biggest Wake fans in Dolfandom but you've got to be just plain dumb to allow Porter to sit on the bench, if he can play, even w/Wake coming off a 3 sack game eventually need to find a way to get the Triad of Terror: Porter, Taylor, Wake on the field @ the same time in some kind of hybrid pass rush
IF Roth comes back healthy and improved, you can bench the Triad of Terror ... except in 'nickel' situations in some fashion. i like the Orca 5, but this one, not so much ....
Well i think he'll get stronger now that he has found success at the NFL level. The Jets have a good Oline, but their right side is not all world or anything. This is the side Wake will be attacking most of the time. Jones is decent blocker but if Washington is in, good luck. Not to mention a rookie qb who has happy feet and holds the ball too long at times. I'm fairly confident in Wake that he will have another solid game this week, i actually like his matchup. If he was rushing against Brick' and Faneca, different story imo. But he will usually be on the other end.
One thing that I like about this defense is that there is quality depth. Guys like Wake, Charlie Anderson, Tony McDaniel can all contribute when asked to step up. One other thing.....Randy Starks is a guy that I don't hear anybody talking about. Why is that? I think he is a solid player.
i'm not to crazy about porter and taylor playing at the same time because they're both good on the right side. when one of them is on the left they're not that good. i wish at least one of them could get better playing on the left. I'm very thrilled with wake, lets hope he's consistent though.
