"Weirdo" is a word that shouldn't be used in describing another person unless the persons character deserves it, I can totally see it being hurtful , and I don't care how old someone is, it's wrong, Pouncey once again showed no display of any type of intellect or compassion..

They didn't punish us for trying to recover a fumble, they rewarded New England for us trying to cover a fumble.
The NFL's statement was incredibly vague. It definitely wasn't "it's over". It had a fell of saying there are still processes being done, and that on satisfactory completion of those processes it will then be over.
My guess is that the NFL has ordered Pouncey to undergo counselling etc., but if he fails to attend then it will be revisited.

Lol, it's something that's been on my mind since it happened, everyone laughed and blew it off like their just dudes being dudes, but it offended me and I felt for the guy..it's really classic bullying..name calling, and " big weirdo"has no positive connotation to it..it's not even a word you can say it's just fun.
FinNastymoderatorGood. The report even clearly stated that they truly didnt believe that Pouncey meant any harm by his joking. He thought it was all in good fun... and was unaware of the emotional harm he was causing (even though this portion of the report is routinely glossed over).
Glad he's gotten cleared of all this...

Funny you mentioned that. When Fin_D mentioned the especially harsh penalty, I was about to ask him what New England has to do with this.
