Miami Dolphins New logo/uniforms Thread

In my opinion, if you do with that one, you have to fix the flippers and colors, like this:



instead of this:

 

Yeah I know canes found it, I just thought as a site, if we could all agree on something, and submit it as such, we might have a good voice in the matter, and I do think they are taking opinions..

 

I like that one a lot.

I don't mind the fins, but I would definitely fix the gradient in the whit outline of the tail.

Yeah, I answered about the uniforms in a different post. I think they could grow on me. Not a huge fan of them yet but I do like the all white one. Not a fan of the stripe on the helmet. I might like it better if it weren't so wide.

 

Eh I disagree. I'd prefer the sleeker, faster looking fins along with the darker orange

 

To me those other flippers look like the dolphin wasn't fully developed and rode the short bus.

I hate that red orange, but I admit I hate that color regardless of what it is being used for.

 

The stripes on the helmet remind me of runaway lights and stripes at a airport landing strip .More appropiate to Jets helmets IMO.

 

right now, I feel excited about it, and I think we are the voice for the marketing people of the dolphins.

 

I have a few different jerseys but this is one of my favorites. It gets a ton of people asking where I got it. I also have a Zach all Blue and a Cecil Collins one that I'm not so proud of lol.....

Your preaching to the choir on the dark blue, I thought I was the only one, I gave up on it a long time ago though..that Ricky jersey is freakin beautiful..I would prefer the back to be the whole scheme though.

 

I think if you met the two a little more in the middle you might be on to something....

 

See but I'm not sure I'd want the team to use it. I like it as a fan alternate. Like I said, I have a #54 Zach Thomas that is completely blue. I wore it so much it's showing wear n tear.

I have so many jerseys its not even funny. Over 30 with hats to match most..

 

we have so much merchandise with the all blue, even the background sheet at our home press room is all blue..sparano use to wear the all blue at practice all the time..

 

How many batteries does that thing take?

 

I got it from The Dolphins proshop at training camp one season. It was the only one they had and the hat was an exact match.

 

There is a cord coming out of the bottom that you can connect to your car battery. All it needs is a charge for the night...

 

Most teams have different colors(other than team colors). They're made for the fans.

 

no offense but the font for the #s is HORRIBLE on the jerseys

I would LOVE the logo but it needs to be tweeked. Not digging the thickness on the Sun. Either tone down the orange or extend the innner aqua

The Dolphin is perfect IMO

 

The Mr. Sparkle eyes do it for me.

 

I dont mind that logo, save some color tweaks. My only critique is that reminds me of the Falcons logo

I don't like the tribal feel. I think already looks dated. I also think the colors are off. However, it is another one that I prefer over what we have now.

God I hope this aint the logo now!! I can see a ton of our rival fans wearing one just like that on a T-shirt. Upside down, dead and floating...

 

I actually agree with you. I really hope this is not the logo. Shouldn't be so easy to make the logo look dead.

 

Snout down, tail up, thats the way we like to ****.

 

IMO there is a very good chance that the tweaked prototype will end up looking like this. I think it hits most of the checkmarks. It has the same pose and the same sun as the old one so it speaks to our tradition. It eliminates the helmet and the cartoon feel that is most often mocked and complained about with the current logo. It would also match the comments allegedly made by the alumni who were shown the prototype in terms of being a mixture of old and new.
