I don't think Jordan even makes contact with him. I sat down and looked at it that week and it doesn't seem like it. Pretty pathetic.

This is a play I've seen Adam Gase use before though, it's a Lamar Miller bread and butter and if he's resigned I would tend to hope that makes a reappearance.

 

For some reason I think Miller would be even better with Gase, but Gase has no say in players apparently.

I like that play... but would rather have another TE or a lead FB. 1 missed block and the D has +1.

He's done it pretty well, and it was pretty frequent in 2014.

I'm not sure if Sims is a good enough blocker otherwise to really give him a solid hold on the #2 position.

 

He is the top rated for sure. Wonder where Stanford's super-back will go?

 

As a blocker, Sims is really pretty good at it. Damn fine at it. The bad part is he's not really a threat in the passing game. And I don't think it's necessarily because of Dion, himself.

 

Does Gase ever employ a RB? or are you thinking that he's a FB to convert to a RB?

 

Those yelling at Cameron for the poor block may not realize that he just has to prevent Clowney from collapsing hard down the line so he can effectively just block a spot and force Clowney to go wide around him or jump over him and it's mission accomplished
