The Dolphins are 4-4 today, their best midseason record since 2003, and they’ve gotten here with victories over New England, San Diego, Buffalo and Denver. Not a bad quartet. Even with half the season still in front of them, it is a remarkable turnaround for a franchise that reached its lowest ebb only a season ago.
