Yea Pouncey shows that cool composure that allows him to stare at 300+ pound NT's lined up in his face ready to smash him...without flinching.

Perfect way to make a statement like that. Basically "I see us being a great team, but only once we put all the work in."

 

Yeah, "good on paper" is a perfect description for the Dolphins right now. Can't wait to see them on the field.

The team is young but there's plenty of experience, especially on defense. 12 wins is a little out there but looking at the schedule anything less than 10 and I'd be a little disappointed.

 

I like the job they've done of finding guys who have the right make up, hard workers, team first types. Makes it easy for the coaches to do their jobs w/o worrying about who's going hard and who's shamming.

 

There are some units that will need to gel. Linebacking crew, Cornerbacks and the O-Line which have to be on the same page. You can even throw in the WR Corp. Alot of new faces.
