The deal is a hell of a lot less than his brother got (yay) Per PFT:

A year after Maurkice Pouncey entered the league as the 18th pick in round one and became a star with the Steelers, his twin brother Mike has officially become an NFL player, by agreeing to terms with the Dolphins.
Per a league source, the technically elder (by a minute) Pouncey has a deal in place, as the 15th pick.
Though Mike was drafted higher than Maurkice, Mike will make a lot less, with a four-year deal in the range of $9.2 million.
Maurkice signed for five years and nearly $19 million, despite going three spots lower.
Rookie wage scale under the new CBA probably pissed Mike off.
