http://www.nfl.com/news/story/09000...williams-arrested-for-dui-will-start-vs-49ers this is my neck of the woods. i find this rather shocking. im all for being responsible and it actually seems like he was given the info we have. urine test might reveal weed or something. if so, ill conceded the point but this can literally happen to anyone. you have a few beers, cut yourself off for a couple of hours, drive home and get booked under the legal limit. i think its BS. the average person cant afford to defend themselves when they have actually been within the limits of criminal law from what i hear, these field sobriety tests are totally bogus
I don't know what actually happened here but it is disappointing to read Mike Williams name in the news once again.
"failed sobriety test" which probably means crap. stand on your head and recite the star spangled banner in swahili the only thing is if the urine test reveals a drug
plus the fact just seeing a cop with his lights on practically gives me a heart attack lol. never mind having to complete a test
They'll drop the charges since he was under the legal limit. A good lawyer will win that every time. They'll say he was tired or some ****.
Just speaks to professionalism (or lack thereof). He's out drinking at 2:30am with practice in the morning. OT - interesting that he gave Bucs headquarters as his address.
although .08 is the legal limit, it just serves as a baseline. If he some shows imparement(which is probally why they pulled him over) then he can still be DUI. If someone is .07 and crashes into someone else, they are gonna get a DUI
