The dead giveaway is that the Soldier is wearing MARPAT (Digital Camo). That is exclusive to the Marine Corp.

Sometimes other services will wear another services uniform when deployed with that service. Not sure how common it is, but when I was deployed with SOCCENT I given and wore at the time Army ACU's instead of Air Force DCU uniform.
