Since my cable company sucks and doesnt offer the MLB package, I was considering MLB TV. Anyone here a subscriber? Was hoping to get a little feedback before shelling out the dough. Thanks in advance.
i cant remember but i know someone had it..if my memory serves me right, unifiedtheory had it since he cant watch his a's in canada...idk buti heard its good but you need pretty good internet, and your computer running pretty smooth
well how many baseball fans are there? i guess its just a numbers game. 1% of the 100 baseball fans in the country probably have this thing... so your goal is to find that ONE guy...
I wish it didnt have to come to this, Id buy DirecTv if I wasnt moving in a couple months. I dont think I can go a whole season and only see a few games of my team.
i did mlbtv last yr, it was ok, when i used the computer at work and had a fast network it was good, when i had a slower network at my home, the feed was kinda bad. I broke down and bought directv's package and i tivo games.
When you do move I highly recomend Direct TV, all the sports on HD is freaking great!! Plus you can negotiate with them. Last year I got the Sunday Ticket and they gave me ALL the movie channels for 5 months...pretty fair IMO. As far as MLB TV sorry no experience with it. GL
they only let you "negotiate" if you are either A) a new customer or getting some new service or B) an angry customer who is threatening to cancel. i know this from experience. i'd had direct tv for coming up on 7-8 years now, and i hate them. If it wasn't for the NFL Sunday ticket, i'd steer so clear from them. I haven't lived in Florida in almost a decade at this point so i've been stuck like chuck with Direct TV. hardkore - i'd get it if you want to keep watching the fins
I live in South Florida so I get the Phins every week anyway Thanks for the advice. I caved and got MLB Tv, maybe for thes best since from what you're saying it sounds like DTV isn't worth the hassle. I can always get a PC to TV connector and watch baseball on my big-screen
Did you work there when they sent out those bogus "Give us money or we'll sue you" letters to people that used card burners?
LOL. Yeah my best friend used to burn cards. He bought the burner from some place in Canada (Alien Tech?) Once they went out of business DTV got a subpoena to their mailing list. I told him to fight it since the card burner was like a bong IMO. They couldnt prove what he did with it. He shlelled out like $3500 IIRC.
