the bigger question here is should Henne be inserted in games even when Pennington is healthy, to give him some real world experience?
I don't think we've seen enough of him to know if we should feel confident in our backup or not. I'd be in favor of bringing him in for cleanup duty in games we have a comfortable lead. On top of the obvious benefit of giving him some experience, it would also reduce risk of injury to Pennington. -
They really do like Hartline, I've been skeptical but maybe there really is something to this kid.
