i have gotten to the point where i'm not comfortable with what the regime may or may not do on FRI night and rd 1 ... but i do stand pat (less Berry) that we should trade down and pick up at least 1 additional pick in the 3-4th rd range ...

2: Allen / Burnett - S (if both are there, i will go with Burnett)
    3: Lane - OLB
    3B: Carrington - DE
    4: Joseph - DT/NT
    4B/5: Williams / Easley / Barnes / Cooper - WR

i will be very happy to see these picks, regardless what we do in rd 1 ...

    Morgan / Hughes / Graham - OLB
Berry / Thomas - S (unless Berry falls, i do believe we go with rd 2 for S)
Marshall via trade / Bryant - WR
    Odrick - DE
trade out of rd 1 -- for another pick in rd 1 next year and some additional picks this year ....

Joseph is a late riser as is Troup. NFLDS have both in the 2nd round now, which really should not be too surprising. There is not enough talent difference between Dan Williams, Joseph and Troup, that one should be 2 or more rounds ahead of the others.

got ya brother .... just not sure as much as i like him that we can afford to pick him before rd 3 - given our need at S and SOLB. Of course our 1rd selection could change that by picking S in rd 1, Joseph in rd 2, then Lane in rd 3. Lane may not make rd 3 either ....

tough choice, as i said, i do like Joseph, but would probably not go for him in rd 2, because of other glaring needs. I like Jones as well, but don't want to go past Burnett / Allen at S.
