I don't get why you don't think Jimmy belongs? He drafted both and played a huge role in development. They probably feel they owe a lot of their success to him, and/or have a solid relationship. It's not uncommon for former coaches of players from college even down to high school to be recognized at HOF ceremonies and such.
Dan Marino, JT and Zach Thomas on one team. Wow, you'd think we'd have at least GONE to a Superbowl. I met JJ once, and when he found out I was a Dolphins fan he looked like he wanted to escape. I think he wasn;t proud of how it ended (obviously) and it's good to see him happy here, enojying the GOOD memories of being the Miami Head Coach / GM.
