What about Daryl Sharpton makes it seem like he would be a good fit for this team, let alone good value? There has got to be like 20+ players probably available in the 7th that I would rather roll the dice on.
Since you seldomly wont find starting material in the 7th round, I was looking for somebody who could help the team in any way, rather than take a RB, WR, OG,etc. who gets cut anyway. Sharpton size wont fit in our current defense and he would struggle in a 3-4 like Zach, but with his athleticism and tackling skills he could develop in a special team standout like Larry Izzo. If that would be worth a roster spot is another question.
