Do not like the Goff pick or Ellis. The rest is pretty decent.

what wrong with Goff, he is the best pure MLB in the draft this year, ellis has great upside and could be a force in the 3-4 or 4-3.

well for starters its a reach at 32. Ellis has character issues.

I think its a good mock. Love the Avery pick. He would make our receiving corps sick with speed. Dont like Flynn and Satele but we all have our favorite sleeper picks  Wondering why you didnt grab a Cornerback though. You think we skip getting one?

I would LOVE Goff, but probably at the 4-1.
Same with Avery. Would love him at the 4-1

No thanks to Ellis. There is a reason his stock has fallen that far

Cottam actually I would be okay with.
    Dont know anything about Powell.
Herc is NOT anywhere near his brother, but could be an interesting prospect I guess.

No, but I wanted to go from the norm and hit some others. We have a lot of DB on the roster as well, and I think we might look to June cuts for a player there

Gotcha. Makes sense and then if we need one next year we can make that our priority

Which I agree with both of you in effect.

Truth is we cant fill all the nasty holes in this sieve in one year...take what we cant this year, then make other areas priority next year.

Avery has unreal speed...I saw him play a game for the Houston Cougars....he should be available a little later though...3rd, if not the 4th.

He's been moving up the boards, but its all a guessing game for us on the outside of the real NFL.

As much speed at Avery has (and he does) Im not sure we have the luxury of picking him, at least as early as the third round. We have 2 guys like that in Ginn and Booker already, and so many other holes to fill. Love him as a player, but not sure we have the luxury of taking him.

Also, my opinion, but to high for Goff.
