Hope all gets better VO. I'm a PM away if you need to talk about anything. Thanks for keeping us updated as well.
I got the opportunity to see my grandfather yesterday at Thanksgiving. I was able to spend a little bit of time with my family and discuss his status. At this point, he has elected to undergo chemotherapy, which, as the doctors previously stated, isn't a great option against an aggressive T2 cancer. He has refused to consider surgery, because it would require him to make a lifestyle change to assisted living, and for someone as independent as him, that's not really an option. The doctors are not optimistic. At this stage, it's really just a matter of time. The chemotherapy may help a bit, but it's really like trying to combat a forest fire with a garden hose. I'll be going down to visit him this weekend, and making sure to spend as much time as possible with him in the coming weeks.
