Took looking at it twice to see the "G" - kidding aside, very modern looking. Have you tried it with a slight blue hue glow behind the G?
I think both of these comments are on the right track (in their own way ) the first time I looked at it the "g" kind of looked like a picasso'esque boobie I didn't realise it was a "g" until hero noted it, even then it took me a few more glances to see it. The word conception stands out too much, maybe define the "g" a little better. Try doing it a solid colour and have the dots reverse out of it. Also I think conception is a bit ugly, as a word I mean. What about "g-creative" kind of like be "creative" just a thought
I like the second one more. Is there a specific reason for the creation of these logos or is this just for fun?
well. im trying to brand myself. i may take things to the next level soon. Concepts sounds good, but seems too cliche IMO. I like DMs suggestion. Creative fits what I want to do. I'd like to do creatvie design for small businesses that are looking for a way to brand themselves and appeal to their target audiences. If I want to get any businesses to consider me, I'll have to brand myself in an equally appealing way.
I agree you have to make your mark and make it so that people will recognize & remember it when they need a service like yours. My only reason for bringing up concepts against the other two is the way it sounds out loud. Say all three of them out loud and you might hear my angle.
Much better ... how about a different shade of blue for either the g or the creative (or whichever word you use) like cyan? To funk it up a little.
I like g-creative better. I'd make "creative" a different color as mentioned above. that way it could be a two toned theme. texture of the g would be the same color as the word 'concepts'
far and away my favorite color / texture combo yet overall - One follow up question, have you tried it with a more traditional, but stylized capital G?

eh. nah, i dont want it to look too much like a g. the other g's just dont have a real uniqueness to them. i'd like to take something that is more to the left, and rebrand it so that when people see that shape, they think of me.
