All three played the Illinois State Fair, and they were all really good. Perhaps surprisingly though, Weird Al put on the best concert. It was a full two and a half hours, and there was never a dull moment. The guy really knows how to put on a show -- the energy and entertainment were off the scale. Oh, and even pushing 50, Joan Jett is EXTREMELY hot. And she still rocks.
I used to love to go to the fairs when I was a kid in Ohio. I've only been to two here in GA over the years. I showed horses in the fairs up there etc. and it was always looked forward to.
Thanks, my friend. You've always been kind to me Marty, even when I was asking you some pretty dumb stuff about the team in the chat room. Do you need anything for sending this out? Luv, Debby
Weird Al was my first concert ever, and I got to go with my step-dad (who was new at the title at the time), and I had a lot of fun. Though I did get tired towards the end as I recall.
