NEW YORK -- NBA owners approved the Seattle SuperSonics' move to Oklahoma City for the 2008-09 season Friday, provided the team can settle its lawsuit with the city.

The Sonics could begin playing in owner Clay Bennett's hometown as early as next season if they can get out of the remaining two years of their lease at KeyArena.

Moving a NBA team from Seattle to Oklahoma is absurd. The owner of the Sonics is such a fraud. The NBA is using blackmail to get a publicly funded stadium in Seattle. They will move the team to Oklahoma then expand or move another team to Seattle--once they don't have to pay for a stadium. The Seattle owner hasn't acted in good faith, emails have surfaced that he and his group bought the team with every intention of moving it to Oklahoma.
Isiah had to be fired I mean this is years overdue.
Wizards baby! Been a huge Bullets/Wizards fan for a couple of decades now this team is going to beat the Cavs, book it.

God I hope they do, I am a fan of the Wizards. I can't stand the Cleveland LeBron's.

Your thoughts on CDR's entry in the draft? I like him as a player but I dont know about him in the NBA.

First part sounded good. Second part didn't though I suspect it was just to assuage a depressed Isiah. I haven't seen management this bad out of a franchise ever.

I agree. That whole team has been horrendous.
