Lucky, if I'm reading this correctly it refers to a paper prepared for the conference, not a published paper...I checked the Professor's webpage, as I'm sure you did, and found his most recent published work listed as March 2009. You could contact Professor Walsh and ask for a copy...or maybe excerpts?
right. Im not to sure how it works in economics but in most ive seen they usually publish the paper afterwards. I was just wondering if there was some place I should be on the look out for it. I guess his website duh Yeah maybe Ill email him good idea nabs.
