Need help w/excel!!!!

any excel people out here that could help me out? Heres what I got, I have a starting spread sheet with data emp

name1 number workplace job name2 number workplace job

Heres what I need, sort this data to two spreadsheets, one by workplace the other by job, but need them sorted in to groups exp there are 10 workplaces and 5 jobs. I have the basics but this ones got me. I will go indepth more if you can help.....stab in the dark here.....
