Harrington went public with a trade request on the eve of the season opener, and the Warriors have been fielding inquiries from numerous teams -- although Nelson said the offers that have been reported in the media, including Eddy Curry of the Knicks and Jamaal Tinsley of the Indiana Pacers, were not deals the Warriors are willing to do. Knicks assistant general manager Glen Grunwald made a rare appearance at the Meadowlands to scout Saturday night's game. ESPN - Golden State Warriors work to accomodate Al Harrington's request
Eddy Curry will have a heart attack in Nelson's system. But Tinsley may be an idea since Ellis is out. Of course, that would mean Harrington ends up in Indiana again. Must really love it there...
Something is wrong in Golden State or at least it seems to be. They had some trouble with Monta Ellis after he signed the deal. He got the off-the-court injury and they threatened to void the deal. He 'dared' them to void it and then said he wouldn't have any problem being on the market, signing with another team. Sounds like there could be some internal problems going on.
Curry for Harrington? Where do I sign? 2 years less on the contract, and Harrington is a tradeable asset unlike McFlurry? Stop wasting time Donnie.
They should bench Gomes for Love while they're at it. I usually don't watch T-Wolves games but I've seen a lot of players go past as a student athletic trainer and Love stands out over all.
I have no clue why Gomes is starting over Love, makes NO SENSE TO ME. God that team is a mess, they blew it tonight vs the Spurs.
Golden State's come a long way from the fun, high-energy team that made a playoff run two years ago. Sad to see. I was rooting hard for them in the west.
It's like they want to lose or something. You'd think having a frontcourt of Jefferson and Love could actually make them look somewhat respectable.
