The latest report is that the trade proposal is Anthony and Camby going to NJ for Jeferson, Keith Van Horn's contract, this years first rounder and Marcus Williams I believe.
-
They can have him. He won't do anything for that team.
-
It all depends on where the pick ends up, they really want Love from UCLA.
-
I'd be smart for the Nets to take the deal but it doesn't really help them that much.
And I wished Love would stay. Pair him up with J'Mison Morgan and we'd be set at PF and C. -

Anthony and Vince Carter on the same team? Jeez, and Anthony didn't like sharing the ball with AI....
-
Anthony thinks his ideal team is where he's the #1 option and everyone else is a #4 option. Those of us with brains realize Anthony himself is a #2 option. AI should be getting the ball first, not splitting it with Anthony.
(Actually, AI shouldn't even be in Denver.) -

I actually think that A.I. in New Jersey makes some sense. First off, he played his college ball in nearby Syracuse and is loved there. Second, it helps the east considering that most of the top talent is out in the west. Thirdly, a player like A.I. playing alongside someone like Devin Harris and Vine Carter (when motivated) can be a formidable team out east where the competition is still below average. If I am New Jersey and this is the offer, I do it. Especially if you get the old, but still good defensive minded Camby.
-
I think you mean Anthony, not A.I. :wink2:
But I agree. Plus, VC's too passive most of the time anyways to score. And Camby instantly becomes one of the East's best C's, maybe even top 5. -
