Teams can carry over unused cap space from one season to the next now. As long as they spend a certain amount over a certain period, its all allowed. The Fins have been doing so since that started a few years back. Most estimates have us with about 42m to spend now. That could increase if a few other players, such as Koa Misi and Dion Jordan, are released. Looks like the team is going to hold onto them for now though.
