No. Bill Parcells, Tony Sparano and Chad Pennington (in that order) have been widely credited with the transformation from a 1-15 joke into an 11-5 playoff team. Love what Parcells has quietly done, and how it translates directly into Sparano's influence. Two quotes in regards to big Tony
