Worth a quick read the Pats are simplifying the west coast play calling to speed up the game even more and keep it simple, it's affective.

You have to have a very intelligent QB to run that scheme and they have that....

Yes they do. We still have two games against them this season it's a good thing THill is getting some experience under his belt before we have to play them.

Like Oregon, their running from uptempo stuff, and their watching their opponent closely on late substitutions, and pouncing, good ole fashioned intelligence.

Working on something for one of the sites I write for on this topic and they're actually really simple with their no-huddle approach, which is why I think it has worked so well. They're using high percentage plays to attack defenses. I can post the link to it when it comes out next Tuesday if anyone's interested. Its an X's and O's look.

Honestly it is what I hope Miami adopts eventually I like that Philbin isn't playing guys until they learn the book....he is holding the system as the standard instead of dumbing it down to get some players on the field....

The relentless style of attaching the defense is todays game.....the Pats excel at it every year, and own the NFL with the exception of one team....

I think the rest of the league will start doing it; just not sure if they will do it as well.

One of the things with NE that's so hard to prepare for is their route combinations. They often take the traditional concept and invert it. Thing is, you don't know when its coming because they set it up the same way it's usually ran. It's nothing like incredible but still mind-boggling how it screws up defenses so much.

Anyway, I just finished the week 5 tape with the no-huddle and some things were obvious while other trends starting to come out.

You guys will make it a game because you always do. I don't think Tannehill has the experience to go against a BB defense just yet. Tannehill is the real deal though, he's got me worried for the future.

Eh I think the "Miami's defense is elite" homers are in for a rude awaking that game......While I do think their defense is good, Brady often makes a mockery of them...

I actually read somewhere that Miami has the MOST snaps this year far....
