But, were one of the deepest teams in the league along our front and Martin is 27 years old so lets hope the coaches made the right decision..I don't agree with it based on the little preseason film we have but there's so much more were not privy to. -

All we have to do is beat them twice this season. Then we won't be "victims" of Bellicheat anymore, and the players they take won't be able to go public with how much we suck and what a better system they have.

Let's keep in mind that Vaughn Martin can play all four dline spots especially in the base defense. AJ Francis wasn't used that way. For a depth guy, that is huge. Francis may have more upside but he wasn't going to help the team this year behind our starters and Martin might.

And the real reason why NE took a Phins player. It has nothing to do with a playbook and everything to do with how it adds depth and makes you team better. The reality is NE has been better at assessing & coaching talent than Miami has been.
