when do the Official sideline hats get released?

It is my tradition to wear the coaches'/QB hat during the season.

If I am not wearing that hat come opening day, we are doomed.

the way I look at it....me wearing the official sideline hat...keeps an asteroid from wiping out sun life stadium with all of us in it. It's bigger than mere wins and losses.

 

Not sure who would want to wear that orange thing but rock on brother, rock on..

That different color blue abve is what the coaches wear..I think it's a pretty cool color, loved our blue the other nite against Tampa, there were some cool shots of it.

That hat is the preseason sideline hat. The NFL always releases TWO sideline hats every year. The Training Camp/Preseason Hat and the Reg. Season sideline Hat.

I have the black shirt. it is thin, and it's super comfy.

 

I have a few shirts from the really thin material (though none are Dolphins shirts). The material is so popular because it is one of the most comfortable fabrics you will find. Now I just need to get me a fins shirt in that material and all is well.

 

You know I never thought about that. I have received several compliments on my Dolphin stuff with the new logo and I can only recall one person ever complimenting the old stuff. I was going to a SB party (years ago) and wearing an aqua Chambers jersey and some older lady who was obviously not a football fan walking by said, "that's a really great color, what team is that?" On the other hand, I have had fans of other teams mock the old logo, primarily jokes about the special needs helmet. I haven't had that experience with the new logo yet (other than from the few posters here of course).

 

So what are people's thoughts on custom jerseys? I've never been one for custom jerseys, since I never played on the Dolphins. However, my wife got me a custom jersey for my 30th birthday with my surname on the back and #13. I have mixed feelings about it, but I've tried to be positive since I am thrilled she even had the thought to get something like it.

So I wanted to gauge the feeling on custom jerseys. Personally I've never been a big fan, but my wife recently bought me a custom Phins jersey with my name on the back and #13 for my 30th bday. I don't want her to feel like she did a terrible thing because I am honestly thrilled she would even do something like this for me. So do people think it's cheesy to wear a custom jersey with your own name on it? Especially paired with a number from a famous player?

Those 80s jackets are awful, lol. I had one just like it (with the old, old logo of course) when I was a kid.

 

Some of them are, but that bottom one with the team name across the back is fresh to death.
