    i like it. one thing i would change though. you see how the motion blur creates a grayish smudge... it kinda takes away from the sharpness of the image. maybe tweak the coloring of that layer to enhance the overall image.

    What I usually do is duplicate the render, blur the layer behind the render and then reduce the opacity, using a soft eraser when needed. Maybe even do another gaussian blur layer beneath the render (but above the 1st blur layer) and set it to screen or color dodge to lighten it up and play around with the opacity.
