That is fantastic news -- especially in treating cancers.

I lost my grandfather, mother, and first wife to cancer. Its horror is unimaginable!
I have been impressed with the diversity of research in recent years. Beyond traditional radiation and chemotherapy (all of which are constantly being fine tuned) I see new approaches like this one and others which involve starving the tumors of blood pathways, attacking them at the cellular level, disrupting copying pathways, etc. They offer help and medical hope in a variety of ways. It is all good news.alen1 likes this. -

This is great news if they can really make some progress with this procedure. We all have lost family members or know people who have to this horrible bastard of a disease. Its good to see that their always exploring new avenues. Hopefully they make some big advances in the near future.

Yeah really cancer is just nasty stuff, lost both grandparents on moms side to it a few years back, was pretty rough.
These kinds of breakthroughs are extremely exciting and great to hear. Would love to make cancer a thing of the past.alen1 likes this. -
