WR Brian Hartline, Miami Dolphins

When I saw Hartline’s name scroll across the screen in the fourth round, it surprised me that he came off the board so early. I had him rated more as a late-round guy who could fill out a roster spot as a second-tier receiver. But when I saw that Hartline was picked by the Dolphins, I was even more shocked since they selected USC wideout Patrick Turner in round three as their big-possession-type receiver. Hartline was a solid No. 2 option at Ohio State and possesses decent athletic ability and a good-looking frame, but I just don’t see him becoming anything more than a fourth option on an NFL team.

It will be interesting to see how the WR's end up with the practice squad players, drafted Wr's and the undrafted ones.
