NFL spokesman Greg Aiello says free agent WR Chris Henry's indefinite suspension is "under review" after assault charges against him were dropped Monday.
Henry was suspended pending the outcome of his trial for allegedly striking an 18-year-old boy in the face. A mistrial was declared in early July, before the case was dismissed. We have a hard time believing Henry will play in the NFL this season, but it appears to be a growing possibility. Henry's agent says his client will apply for reinstatement immediately.
