i was married, luckily i'm not anymore, but i have only 1 kid though, but 6 is really impressive, if i imagine the drama in the early years times 6, then i pull my head and say resepect my friend

Yep. All girls too.
and they are without a doubt the greatest thing to ever happen to me. 6 girls with 7 years difference between the oldest and youngest. I can't tell you the joy of having 6 little girls in nighties run up to you before bed and all fight to be the first to kiss you goodnight.

I only have two girls, but I get your feeling. Of course, when they are all teenagers, you may be singing a different tune. but being the father of a little girl is the best feeling in the world
and I feel for Ireland. my littlest in autistic (mild). makes you put everything else in perspective and realize all these petty little things people get worked up about are a complete waste of time.RevRick, djphinfan, Justright and 1 other person like this. -

Imo, this is his third year as the GM, and I think Ryan's ceiling is directly tied to his job..if Ryan is average then I think you've got to let him go, if he reaches that play making level and turns into a very good to great player, then I think his job should be safe.
